日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、学习并理解国际化短视频评论生态及评论治理链路，协助开展评论风控场景的风险排查与策略梳理，基于违规样本分析沉淀可复用的识别与处置优化方向； 2、协助建设评论风控的数据与样本工作流，包括核查效率工具、判定边界与标注准则的沉淀，联动研发、算法优化召回-处置链路效果； 3、协助PM推进持续迭代机制建设，参与调研与测试，输出链路SOP，协同政策、运营、研发、算法推动业务自动化能力落地； 4、协助PM进行团队紧密配合，参与核心工作流与高质量数据集标注的交付，协助实验复盘与指标归因，支持PM后续验证与模型训练迭代策略。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据科学、信息安全、语言学/英语等相关专业优先； 2、英语读写精通，具备国际化生活/学习或国际化项目经验优先； 3、了解网络安全基础，逻辑清晰，具备基础数据分析能力（如Excel/SQL/数据工具）； 4、责任心强，对内容治理/风控/大模型应用有兴趣，具备良好的沟通协作能力； 5、每周实习4天及以上，稳定实习3个月以上。
