1、负责虚拟礼物的创意概念、制作和发布，主要以动画形式用于LIVE； 2、分析主播和用户对礼物动画的反馈，利用销售和留存等指标制定策略，以推动参与度和提高礼物销售； 3、研究不同国家的审美偏好，利用文化理解帮助团队实现多样化的风格和视角； 4、通过探索虚拟礼物动画以外的有价值举措，例如短视频制作、实体收藏品和特效滤镜，提出创意想法。

1、3年以上数字内容策略、视觉媒体、制作或相关领域的经验； 2、具有良好的审美和全流程数字媒体生产的经验（从概念到发布，例如电影、游戏、广告）； 3、有作为直播主的经验或在直播方面深度体验的经历，对直播业务有浓厚兴趣； 4、能够在动态环境中进行协作； 5、熟练使用生产工具，如Adobe Creative Suite、Figma、Cinema4D、Blender等； 6、英语可以作为工作语言。

加分项： 1、能独立完成数字媒体的全流程生产（包含但不限于，电影、广告、游戏、电视剧、短视频等）； 2、讲故事技巧，能用作品打动你的观众； 3、了解实体产品制造，包括生产过程、材料和成本管理； 4、熟悉AI和新兴技术，以及它们如何赋能创意制作； 5、擅长分析数据，对于用户反馈能有效的转化成提升设计的思路； 6、了解虚拟商品、NFT或游戏行业。
