1、负责TikTok用户增长业务服务端研发，参与AI Agent智能化增长体系的搭建与开发，落地智能运营、用户增长相关AI能力； 2、深度梳理用户增长业务需求，参与AI Agent智能化增长体系的搭建与开发，落地智能运营、用户增长相关AI能力； 3、持续优化业务及AI Agent融合的架构，改造升级系统链路，提升整体服务的稳定性、并发能力与可扩展性； 4、跟进AI-Native前沿技术，沉淀通用技术组件和能力，解决业务落地中的各类技术问题，以及贡献增量业务价值。

1、3年以上后台开发经验，具备良好的业务理解与抽象能力，有AI Agent、大模型应用开发、AI工程化相关经验优先； 2、熟练掌握常用数据结构与算法，编码规范扎实，具备复杂业务及AI场景的开发调优能力； 3、具备分布式系统设计开发经验，熟悉分布式架构，可独立完成业务系统及AI Agent服务的架构设计与迭代；熟练使用各类数据库、服务框架及消息中间件，了解大模型Agent开发、模型服务部署相关技术； 4、熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python及主流开发框架，熟悉框架底层原理，可快速搭建AI+业务后端服务； 5、了解AI Agent工具调用、智能规划、记忆机制等核心原理，有AI业务落地经验者优先； 6、具备良好的自驱力、责任心与成长思维，愿意深耕AI+用户增长业务，持续技术创新。
