1、解读法规、社区标准及平台政策，并将其转化为可执行的准则，搭建案例库，确保在不同场景下判断标准的一致性； 2、监控用户生成内容与专业生产者生成内容的内容生态，主动识别显性与隐性内容风险以及边缘风险，并提炼风险特征； 3、处理突发内容安全风险事件，快速界定问题并明确处置优先级，推动跨部门协同完成闭环解决，并持续优化审核流程； 4、产出风险评估报告，为平台规则优化与审核策略调整提供决策支持； 5、熟练运用内容审核工具、舆情监控系统及数据分析工具，与运营、安全产品等团队协作，推动风险防范策略落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播学、社会学或相关专业； 2、熟练掌握英语/日语/印尼语/德语/韩语/阿拉伯语/西班牙语/葡萄牙语/法语中的一门语言，有相应国家留学经历者优先； 3、对内容安全和网络风险有较高敏感度，能准确识别潜在风险，并理解相关政策与规则，具备较强的规律归纳总结能力，熟练掌握内容审核与舆情监控相关技能； 4、熟悉常见数据分析方法与统计学方法，掌握至少一种脚本语言并具备相关实践经验者优先；能够保证至少3个月实习，每周可出勤4天及以上者优先； 5、思维灵活，责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及应急响应能力，能够有效推进项目与管理支持工作，学习能力强，领悟能力高，能够快速适应管制政策与平台内容生态的变化。
