1、业务系统设计与研发；负责TikTok短剧业务的后端系统架构设计、研发与迭代，保障系统的高可用、高性能与高扩展性；负责系统架构演进、技术规划和关键问题攻坚，并参与下一代AI+内容平台的建设； 2、系统性能优化；深入分析和优化现有系统的性能瓶颈，应对百亿级流量的挑战，在服务端延迟、资源利用率、系统吞吐量等关键指标上实现持续突破； 3、全球化架构支撑；设计和落地支持全球化业务的技术方案，解决多地域、多数据中心场景下的数据一致性、容灾与流量调度等复杂问题； 4、复杂问题攻关；主导攻克系统中最具挑战性的技术难题，如海量数据存储与处理、高并发场景下的稳定性保障、复杂依赖下的链路治理等； 5、探索AI等新技术在稳定性/成本/架构方案的可能性。

1、有高并发、大流量在线服务的建设经验，在稳定性治理方法论和成本优化上有体系化的思考和见解； 2、有扎实的编程能力，精通信息和通信技术以及计算机体系结构，例如操作系统、网络、数据库等； 3、具备学习能力和自驱力，有求知欲，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术； 4、具备系统化解决问题的能力，有沟通和协作能力，逻辑严谨、思路清晰，对于解决复杂问题有较大热忱。
