1、解读社区规范及平台政策，转化为可执行的研判口径，搭建案例库并保障不同场景下判定一致性； 2、通过大模型的能力，包括但不限于PE，知识库等方法，产出风险研判与评估的Agent与Prompt，使得大模型的判定标准对齐研判标准； 3、输出风险研判报告，为平台规则、内容质量把控策略优化提供决策支撑； 4、熟练使用内容质量把控工具、舆情监测系统及数据分析工具，协同运营和产品团队落地风险防控策略。

1、本科及以上学历，英语优秀可作为工作语言； 2、1-2年互联网内容运营、内容审核或内容安全相关工作经验，具备国内内容平台从业经验者优先；优秀应届生亦可； 3、具备敏锐的内容安全意识和网感，能精准识别隐晦风险，有政策理解与规则落地能力； 4、有大模型相关经验，业余时间有自主的大模型应用经验者加分； 5、思维灵活，责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及应急处置能力；学习能力强、理解能力强，能快速适配政策与平台内容生态变化。
