1、本科及以上学历，5年以上策略运营及分析、战略、经营及商业分析工作经验，具备内容策略、创作者分层运营策略经验或直播、泛娱乐产品经验者优先； 2、熟悉业务运营体系，了解运营作业流程者优先； 3、具备优秀的数据分析能力，对数据敏感度高，能够洞察数据背后的逻辑，分析总结数据变化原因，独立思考并归纳总结； 4、具备优秀的逻辑理解与分析能力，对问题敏感度高，善于总结归纳，把握用户心理； 5、沟通与执行力强，具备出色的跨部门、跨团队沟通协作及项目管理能力，可适配不同沟通对象，推动项目落地； 6、英文沟通流利，可作为工作语言。
