日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI标注提效项目运营，协助推进任务排期、过程跟进与结果交付，整理疑难案例并沉淀标准化解决方案，支持一线团队答疑； 2、协助开展AI标注效果分析，定期汇总项目效率、质量、成本及产出数据，识别流程中的提效机会，为方案优化提供数据支持； 3、参与AI辅助标注与自动化工具的测试验证，收集使用反馈，分析人工与AI标注差异，推动工具在实际业务场景中落地应用； 4、协助优化AI质检机制，参与质检规则设计、异常案例分析及效果评估，探索通过自动化能力提升质检效率与准确率； 5、沉淀AI标注培训与操作规范，协助迭代培训材料、组织培训实施并收集反馈，推动优秀实践规模化复制。

1、本科及以上学历在读，文理均可，理工科背景优先； 2、具备基本逻辑分析能力，中英双语流利，英语四六级及以上，可独立对接产品研发、一线及BPO跨团队沟通协作； 3、每周出勤3-5天，能连续实习3个月及以上，北京线下在岗办公； 4、工作细致严谨、耐心负责，具备较强执行力和问题总结能力；逻辑清晰、响应高效，拥有良好的团队协作能力，能适配阶段性精细化业务工作； 5、英语B2和以上。
