1、深入理解业务场景，与产品、策略、算法、研发、运营等团队协作，推动业务需求向高质量数据产品建设方案、数据驱动方案落地； 2、负责国际化内容安全平台中实时/离线数据建设，支撑风险识别、策略评估、治理分析和运营决策等核心分析场景； 3、负责数据模型、指标口径、主题域和数据链路建设，提升数据可用性、一致性和复用效率； 4、负责核心数据链路、查询性能和任务效率优化，持续提升数据时效、资源利用率和数据建设效果； 5、探索AI/LLM在数据开发提效、异常归因、智能问数和自动化洞察等场景中的应用，提升研发与分析效率。

1、具备3年及以上数据开发、数据仓库或大数据研发经验，熟悉实时/离线数仓建设方法论； 2、熟悉多种大数据处理/分析相关工具/框架，例如Flink、Hive、Spark、Kafka、ClickHouse、Doris、HBase等，并具备实际项目经验； 3、熟悉SQL/Python/Java/Go中的两种语言，具备较强的数据建模、查询优化和任务性能优化能力； 4、责任心强，并且具备良好的业务理解、沟通协作和项目推进能力、工作认真细致，能够从业务问题出发设计数据方案并推动落地； 5、有内容安全、风控、审核、推荐、广告等复杂业务经验；或有AI辅助数据开发、智能分析、效果提升实践经验；英语听说读写流利者优先。
