1、深度参与AI训练数据、测试集等关键数据资产的质量保障工作，同时承担内容问题发现与政策研判职责，帮助团队提升数据可信度、判断一致性及整体交付质量； 2、制定与维护核心规范、确保政策落地，并与最新政策、产品动态及最佳实践保持同步； 3、构建质量评估体系，设计、生产并维护用于校准、质量评估与运营审计的高质量测试集，确保其对各类场景、内容、复杂案例与边缘案例的全面均衡覆盖； 4、通过识别操作中的误用模式与流程漏洞，为仲裁、质检、培训及校准等关键工作流提供支持，推动审核准确性、一致性及整体运营效能的量化提升； 5、作为关键枢纽，跨部门协同政策、产品、工程等多团队，确保规范与方案可落地、可扩展；通过追踪核心指标与参与专项，驱动执行质量与协作效率的持续提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对内容生态、平台治理或AI数据质量感兴趣，有内容治理、内容研判、质检、策略或相关经验者优先； 3、具备良好的内容理解能力，能够处理非标准、无明确答案的内容场景； 4、具备良好的沟通能力、责任感及协调能力，保持专业判断，中英文沟通流利； 5、具备强目标导向与数据思维，善于运用数据分析发现和挖掘问题，逻辑清晰。
