1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网产品运营、达人/内容运营经验； 2、逻辑性强，有数据洞察能力，能够抽象系统化策略来解决问题； 3、懂内容、懂作者，具备用户同理心，有能力和热情一线接触作者进行沟通和教育，有创作者孵化、精细化内容调优、社群运营经验者优先； 4、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言与全球跨时区、跨文化团队顺畅协作； 5、较强的自驱力，心态开放积极，有韧性，能在复杂、模糊的业务环境中勇于探索和拿结果。
