日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助产品经理进行用户需求调研，结合业务现状进行需求整理和分析，协助处理用户咨询问题，提升用户满意度； 2、参与产品分析，对比产品的特征和优势，为产品优化提供建议； 3、跟进产品开发进度，协调各方资源，保障项目顺利推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数学、相关专业优先； 2、有特征工程或策略平台等相关中后台产品/技术背景者优先； 3、具备一定的产品思维和敏感度，对新技术和新趋势有好奇心； 4、熟练使用办公软件，具备Demo设计等办公软件，具备良好的文档撰写能力； 5、有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，责任心强； 6、具备良好的学习能力，能够快速适应工作环境，每周至少能工作4天，实习时间不少于3个月。
