1、负责国际化短视频在搜索侧的内容生态建设，通过消费需求与创作特征等数据分析和策略优化，对内容规模与价值增长、推荐策略与创作效率提升、用户体验与成长优化等关键产品指标负责； 2、通过对内容策略、促进产能机制、推荐效果、创作者运营等方式激发优质内容供给，填补平台空白，促进创作者成长与工具能力优化，丰富创作供给，促进生态建设； 3、针对关键垂类定向运营，深入了解当前内容痛点、明确内容需求、指标并持续监控，通过数据发现问题并推动后续改进，挖掘潜在的内容合作机会； 4、密切关注行业信息及发展变化、积极探索行业机会，独立完成新业务板块的策略设计，推动协作方投入资源，达成业务快速突破； 5、加强与内容运营、市场、产品、研发等部门的协作，提高跨部门的协作效率，为最终结果达成负责。

1、英语可作为工作语言沟通，有国际化团队协作及项目经验优先，3年以上互联网产品用户运营或内容运营工作经验优先，有搜索策略、内容运营、创作者运营等相关经验优先； 2、熟悉平台内容并对内容生态有一定的了解，了解全球内容平台的内容生产、用户属性以及平台合作等机制优先； 3、熟悉内容创作和创作者运营，对于内容质量有判断力，对于PUCGC/UGC创作者激励运营有经验； 4、具备数据分析能力、坚持数据驱动且结果导向、逻辑思维能力、统筹能力和推动能力强，快速推进和落地组织分配任务； 5、项目策划、统筹经验丰富，具备拆解复杂问题的能力，优秀的逻辑思维和沟通协作能力，能够在复杂环境下推进工作与协作； 6、具备高度责任心和自我驱动力，乐于接受挑战。
