1、针对国际化运营业务场景需求，主导AI Agent的架构设计，实现落地，解决复杂场景下的Agent落地与业务赋能； 2、构建AI Agent的Gateway网关，AgentLoop，Skill渐进式加载，记忆管理，工具与鉴权，评测自进化等核心能力，使Agent可以基于业务反馈持续迭代升级； 3、针对研发场景构建并使用CodeAgent，搭建专属前后端知识库与技能，提升核心竞争力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备复杂业务场景的Agent研发与落地经验能力； 3、理解Agent技术架构与核心技术能力体系，掌握各种主流Agent开发框架； 4、自驱与学习能力突出，能时刻保持对前沿技术的关注并保持技术攻坚。
