1、负责大语言模型（LLM）及多模态大模型在Lemon8平台内容治理场景的深度应用与落地，探索并推动AI技术在业务线上的最佳实践； 2、基于海量真实业务数据与复杂治理场景，进行精细化的Prompt编写、测试与持续迭代优化，提升模型对违规内容的识别准确率与召回率； 3、结合人工治理反馈与大模型能力，制定、配置并优化机器治理策略与处置链路，构建「人机协同」的高效治理防线； 4、深入理解Lemon8全球多语言、多文化的社区生态与治理痛点，将业务需求拆解并转化为可执行的大模型策略解决方案； 5、建立模型评测与追踪体系，定期分析线上效果与负面案例，针对性地提出优化建议、特征迭代方案及运营干预策略。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、熟练掌握主流大模型的使用方法，具备丰富的Prompt编写与调优经验，对模型的能力边界与幻觉问题有清晰的认知； 3、有主导或深度参与大模型应用落地的实战经验，能够独立完成“需求分析-策略设计-效果验收”的完整闭环； 4、熟悉互联网平台内容审核、风控或社区治理业务，对内容安全标准、社区生态健康有深刻洞察与敏锐的风险意识； 5、具备优秀的数据分析与逻辑拆解能力，拥有较强的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，能顺畅协同算法、产品、研发团队高效交付结果。

加分项 1、有算法基础，或熟练掌握SQL/Python等数据分析工具，能独立完成数据提取与深度分析； 2、具备出海产品（尤其是日、泰、美等重点市场）内容治理或风控策略运营经验； 3、有过大模型（LLM）在互联网风控、审核场景成功落地并取得显著业务收益案例。
