1、本科学历及以上，专业不限； 2、3年以上互联网To B端运营经验，有过交易运营、供给运营或商家策略等方向的相关经验优先； 3、具备业务思维和产品意识，并通过数据分析能力和市场需求文档撰写能力，推动产品优化； 4、对数据敏感，能定义目标，看清进展；能分析复杂业务的问题，识别机会，不断优化策略； 5、善于跨团队协作和推动事情向前发展，能够与广泛的人员一起推动成功的项目，具有良好的团队合作精神； 6、能流利使用英语进行专业交流，熟悉印尼语者优先；愿意定期进行国际出差。
