1、负责青少年安全与内容治理相关运营工作，覆盖年龄识别审核、青少年体验保护、CSAM等高风险内容检测与处置场景； 2、建设并优化审核质量运营体系，包括审核标准、流程、质检、指标监控和分析机制，提升全球审核质量与一致性； 3、监控核心指标和风险趋势，开展审核结果及事件RCA分析，识别关键问题并推动策略、流程和工具优化； 4、制定和完善SOP、上报机制、自动化方案及质量评估机制，提升运营效率和风险响应能力； 5、与产品、研发、算法、数据科学、政策、法务及全球运营团队协作，推动AI审核辅助工具、工作流系统及重点项目落地； 6、支持重点市场及跨区域项目推进，确保相关流程符合平台政策、法律法规和合规报告要求。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品运营、运营策略、质量运营、内容审核运营、信任与安全或相关经验； 2、熟悉青少年安全、内容治理、年龄识别、审核质量或高风险内容处置相关场景； 3、具备较强的数据分析、目标管理和结构化问题拆解能力，能够基于指标和业务结果持续推动优化； 4、具备良好的项目推进和跨团队沟通能力，能与产品、研发、算法、数据、政策、法务等团队高效协作； 5、对未成年人保护、CSAM相关法规、平台合规要求及行业最佳实践有一定理解； 6、英文可作为工作语言。
