1、支持国际化生活服务酒旅业务的经营分析工作，搭建分析框架，拆解复杂问题，从多个视角展开分析，帮助业务识别问题、发掘业务新机会； 2、密切协作销售、产品、内容运营等部门，结合业务运营逻辑，完成业务目标测算、达成路径及资源拆解； 3、基于分析工作、业务理解，制定商家政策，并推动商家政策落地。

1、本科及以上学历，优先考虑数学、统计学、经济学等相关专业背景； 2、5年以上战略咨询/商业分析/投资经验等、酒旅相关行业经验加分； 3、擅长处理复杂的内外部数据、具备基本的数据提取/清洗能力、且能够从数据结果中挖掘洞察； 4、学习能力强、对生活服务业务有热情；且能够快速适应工作环境； 5、英语可以作为工作语言（必需）； 6、工作地北京或者上海。
