1、负责公会侧主播内容的孵化策略，通过产品及策略方案的设计及落地，切实帮助经纪人提升主播孵化能力，提升全球公会的基础素质； 2、通过调研及访谈，系统总结全球公会主播孵化培养路径，包括但不限于主播培训体系设计、主播孵化提升策略方案制定，并结合经纪人的主播培养习惯，设计完整的经纪人培养提质提效方案，协同产品同学落地实施，为主播、经纪人、公会三方提供实用的培育工具和标准作业程序； 3、深入调研并理解消费用户的心理及付费契机，依托数据分析，识别并探索能够提升粉丝粘性及引导用户付费的动机，设计策略方案，帮助主播提升付费转化效率； 4、拆解主播内容模式、直播节奏及核心要素，通过数据及案例分析，明确内容质量提升要求，助力全球直播供给提升丰富度及质量，推动主播提升专业能力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上直播、视频或图文内容运营及策略/创作者或主播运营及策略工作经验，有直播、电商、游戏或泛娱乐行业背景者优先； 2、优秀的内容理解及内容结构拆解能力，定性理解能力强，能感受到不同内容的异同点，对直播行业内容有理解的兴趣和好奇心； 3、具备较强的同理心，能通过调研或案例分析，理解用户直播消费/打赏背后的底层诉求，并能具备良好的抽象问题表达能力，将主观的用户心理拆解总结成可以被清晰理解的业务认知； 4、较强的沟通与协作能力，具备复杂项目推进经验，能够在跨部门、跨区域合作中高效推动项目落地； 5、中英文流利，可作为工作语言，具备国际化沟通能力，能适应多文化、多时区环境。
