1、本科及以上学历，5年以上内容运营、创作者运营、生态策略或内容社区平台策略经验，具备良好的内容理解力； 2、较强的学习能力，做事踏实认真，能够积极思考和发现问题，主动推动业务迭代； 3、出色的沟通协作和项目管理能力，有韧性，能抓住重点解决复杂问题，长期主义； 4、有扎实的结构化思维能力，逻辑思维能力强，良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL者优先； 5、流利的英文沟通及读写能力，有海外学习工作经历、熟练掌握小语种优先。
