1、我们希望寻找具备扎实工程基础、全栈潜力和AI原生能力的应届毕业生，加入各业务质量工程团队，区别于传统意义上的“测试执行”岗位，这是一个以质量场景为切入点，面向复杂系统和智能工程建设的研发岗位； 2、参与业务质量平台、研发效能工具和自动化基础设施的设计与开发，覆盖前端、后端、数据链路和平台能力建设； 3、深入客户端、服务端及上下游协同链路，建设功能、接口、稳定性、性能、安全等多维质量保障能力；通过代码分析、链路分析、日志分析、压测、故障演练等方式发现复杂系统中的深层问题，并推动问题闭环； 4、探索并落地AI在质量工程中的应用，包括测试生成、智能缺陷分析、质量评测、测试智能体、自主探索式测试等方向； 5、沉淀可复用的工程能力，包括测试框架、诊断工具、自动化脚本、质量方法论与平台化能力；与研发、产品、算法、数据等团队协作，共同推动质量内建、研发提效和工程规范升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构与算法的核心思想，能够将抽象问题转化为可实现、可优化的工程方案；熟悉至少一门编程语言，如Go、Java、Python、TypeScript/C++等，具备独立完成中型工程项目或核心模块开发的能力； 3、理解操作系统、计算机网络、数据库、并发编程、常见系统架构等基础知识；对软件工程有基本理解，熟悉从需求分析、设计实现到测试验证、上线迭代的研发流程； 4、具备良好的问题拆解能力、系统性思维和学习能力，能够面对复杂问题持续追问本质并推动解决；具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能够在跨团队、多角色合作中推动目标达成； 5、能熟练使用AI工具辅助编码、排障、文档理解和方案设计，具备对AI输出进行判断、校验和二次加工的能力；对AI在测试与质量场景中的应用有兴趣，对大语言模型、Agent、RAG、模型评测、自动化工作流等AI工程方向有认知或实践经验者优先。
