1、全链路体验设计：负责TikTok生活服务商家、从业者在TikTok经营社媒的体验，包括投稿、日常分析经营、商业转化；完善商家的社媒OnBoard体验，与运营合作设计作者承接方案； 2、内容投稿：深度参与生活服务的投稿业务，通过投稿动机、投稿工具、投稿线索、投稿反馈的优化，提升商家和从业者生活服务的投稿规模与内容质量； 3、商业逻辑的产品化：将复杂的商业生态（流量激励、经营线索、团购上货等）转化为简单直观的用户侧功能；设计合理的任务体系和成长路径，让商家和职业人员在TikTok完成生意闭环； 4、需求洞察与敏捷迭代：通过实地商家访谈与数据分析，捕捉商家在内容生产上的痛点；输出高质量PRD，联动设计、研发与算法团队，达成业务增长目标。

1、有审美与交互意识：1-5年产品经验，我们希望你有良好的审美，追崇简约、有效，能打造适合生活服务商家的社媒经营体验； 2、懂生意的产品头脑：能够理解生活服务行业的底层逻辑（供给、撮合、转化）；不要求你有生活服务行业或商家生态背景，但你需要知道如何用产品机制“诱导”用户完成商业动作，具备一定的商业策略思考能力； 3、内容敏感度与热情：是短视频社交平台的重度用户，对社媒经营有直觉或实操经验；对投稿工具、创作门槛降低、视频视觉呈现等业务有浓厚兴趣和独特见解； 4、逻辑严密且富有灵气：能够从海量数据中发现规律，同时不被数据禁锢；思维活跃，敢于挑战常规，提出新想法； 5、加分项：有欧美长期生活经验，熟练掌握至少一门外语。
