1、负责TikTok搜索经验决策垂类相关场景的产品运营工作；聚焦用户寻求建议、灵感启发等决策参考类搜索意图，围绕内容获取与效率提升等高价值场景，协同产品、研发及数据分析团队，推动用户体验优化、供给丰富度与分发策略的持续迭代，提升业务渗透与用户认知； 2、基于对平台内容生态与用户决策链路的深刻理解，定义核心场景下的“理想态”搜索体验；通过深度摸底调研与数据/案例/用户反馈分析，定位当前体验盲区，为产品策略优化提供确定性的逻辑输入与方向指引； 3、深度参与重点策略和功能的优化与验证，包括但不限于策略效果评估、Prompt调试、高质量案例集构建、关键问题归因及实验结果分析；利用大模型等技术手段，协助提升意图分类、内容特征识别、生成式结果体验的准确度； 4、持续监控线上真实搜索体验与业务指标，建立并完善从发现、定级、归因到推动解决的完整负面案例管理链路，代表用户视角主动牵引产品研发团队进行问题修复和质量提升； 5、在快速变化和多优先级并行的环境下，作为跨地域/跨时区协作的枢纽，高效联动各团队，独立推动复杂项目，并灵活支持关键专项和紧急业务需求，确保策略验证方案的准确性与产品优化的顺利落地。

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言； 2、具备3年及以上在科技互联网、搜索、社交媒体或内容平台从事垂类运营/产品运营/策略运营的相关经验； 3、对搜索机制、内容生态有深刻理解；具备较强的用户视角和内容判断力，能够围绕不同搜索场景识别“什么内容对用户真正有帮助”，能够快速建立对复杂业务链路的认知； 4、具备较强的结构化思维、问题拆解和数据分析洞察能力，能够结合定性与定量信息，从繁杂的用户行为、内容特征与定性案例中独立输出具有影响力的业务洞察，并转化为可落地的产品策略优化方案； 5、能够独立主导复杂业务模块，能够在快速迭代的动态环境中有效开展跨团队协作和项目统筹，推动多方共识并取得实质性业务成果。

加分项： 1、熟悉主流短视频/图文平台的社区文化、创作生态、内容分发机制，对真实体验分享类内容有独特见解或相关运营经验； 2、有过从0-1搭建垂类运营体系（特别是生活方式、知识分享等垂类），主动挖掘业务洼地，推动新场景/新策略孵化，并最终实现垂类增长的成功案例。
