1、负责TikTok生活服务营销产品体系的整体规划与产品建设，主导发券、补贴、会员权益等用户侧产品功能的全链路设计，对营销表达能力提升及业务增长目标负责； 2、深入理解业务营销场景的用户行为与转化逻辑，结合业务目标进行营销工具的产品能力建设与增长策略设计，推进营销产品在用户侧的规模化渗透与体验优化，确保规模化的营销转化增长； 3、负责用户营销玩法的表达效率、权益转化、补贴策略设计，对营销触达率、权益领取率及转化效果负责，持续优化营销产品结构与用户领取体验，提升用户参与度与复购意愿，推动业务增量达成； 4、通过用户调研、行为数据分析与实验验证，持续洞察用户营销体验与转化瓶颈，迭代发券、补贴、会员等产品功能与营销形态，构建健康可持续的用户营销增长体系。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上移动互联网营销产品经验，有用户营销、补贴策略、会员权益或电商营销相关经验者优先； 2、具备出色的营销产品设计与系统化产品规划能力，能够独立负责复杂营销体系搭建与迭代； 3、熟悉平台营销工具设计与用户增长策略，对发券玩法、补贴策略、会员权益设计有实际经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推动能力，能在多团队协作中有效整合资源、达成业务目标。
