1、我们正在寻找一位具备全局视野与数据洞察力的招聘运营专家；将作为招聘团队的关键枢纽，通过建立数据分析模型、统筹大型人才项目（如校园招聘）以及优化全链路招聘流程，推动招聘策略的落地与组织人才效能的提升； 2、招聘数据体系建设与洞察：负责招聘全链路数据的追踪与分析；不局限于基础数据的收集与呈现，能够从复杂的数据中发现趋势、挖掘问题，并独立输出具有建设性的分析报告与改进策略，为招聘团队提供决策支持； 3、人才项目全周期管理：作为校园招聘等核心人才项目的负责人，负责项目端到端的统筹与落地；包括方案设计、跨部门资源调度、风险管控及复盘优化，确保项目高质量交付； 4、招聘流程与系统优化：持续诊断现有招聘流程与体验，联动业务、HRBP及系统产品团队，推动招聘链路的标准化、数字化与自动化迭代，提升各节点的转化率与招聘效能； 5、全球化协同与招聘赋能：在复杂的跨时区、跨文化背景下，与全球招聘团队及各业务利益相关方保持高效协同；梳理并沉淀招聘最佳实践，赋能招聘团队。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上招聘运营、招聘数据分析和项目统筹经验； 2、具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑拆解能力；熟练掌握至少一种数据分析工具或看板系统； 3、具备良好的项目管理能力，有过上校招、雇主品牌或跨国人才项目的经验优先；确保进度与质量； 4、具备优秀的跨部门协同与沟通推进能力；英语可作为日常书面及邮件工作语言，能够无障碍地在全球化语境下推进工作落地； 5、具备闭环思维，对解决复杂系统性问题充满热情，责任心强，能够在拥抱变化的环境中保持积极的心态。
