1、负责UG免费手段内容安全治理，为减少底线内容安全漏出和外溢舆情负责，设计内容处置策略并持续迭代更新，协同相关团队落地问题发现、定义、识别、处置、沟通的治理流程机制； 2、负责内容安全相关的质量把控和治理策略与能力建设，以风险理解为基础，深入分析内容特征、用户行为及消费路径，做好内容安全防控体系的接入和迭代； 3、分析和拆解风险，统筹内容安全的敏感节点和应急事件，协同各方落地风险防控和预案； 4、设计追踪内容安全指标，跟踪监测改进措施在不同地区的实施效果，对业务安全指标负责，定期进行效果评估和指标复盘。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播、心理学、广告、市场营销、数学统计学等相关专业； 2、风险意识强，数据敏感度高，具备较强的数据分析和数据洞察能力，善于通过数据发现和论证问题； 3、善于思考，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、解决问题的能力和协同能力； 4、内容安全策略、风控策略等相关实习经验者优先； 5、英语可作为工作语言，可保证4-6个月实习期者优先。
