1、本科及以上学历，具备创作者运营/内容策略/生态策略/推荐策略相关经验优先，熟悉审核/收入分成/推荐链路加分； 2、具备优秀的逻辑思维、结构化思维，拥有较强的分析能力，能够基于数据识别问题、做出决策； 3、具备良好的沟通协作和项目管理能力，能高效对齐目标、推动策略落地； 4、自驱力强、对业务结果负责，能够积极思考和发现问题、推动业务迭代； 5、英文沟通流利、可作为工作语言，有国际学习工作经验加分。
