1、参与指标监控与体系搭建：协助搭建和维护业务相关的指标体系与报表，持续跟踪日常业务数据，监测业务发展态势，并协助进行指标异常的预警与初步排查； 2、支持专项分析与业务落地：协助完成用户增长、产品优化及广告投放方向的专项分析，参与从数据处理、逻辑梳理到策略建议输出的分析闭环，支持数据驱动决策的实施； 3、参与A/B测试与评估：协助进行A/B测试方案的设计与效果评估，应用统计学或基础因果推断方法验证业务优化策略的有效性； 4、跨团队协作：与产品、投放、数据工程等团队进行日常沟通与配合，跟进并推动相关优化方案的落地执行。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，经济学、计算机科学、统计学、数学、数据科学或相关定量分析领域优先； 2、对用户增长、尤其是广告投放方向有浓厚兴趣，有相关领域实习经验或实际项目经验者优先；英语/普通话流利（可作为工作语言），且对社交媒体和短视频产品充满热情； 3、具备扎实的数据处理能力，熟练使用SQL和Python/R进行数据提取与分析，掌握常用的数据分析工具及代码库（如Pandas、NumPy、Tableau等）； 4、具备良好的统计学与算法基础，熟悉常见的统计分析方法（如A/B测试、概率论、回归分析），了解常见机器学习算法（如决策树、随机森林、XGBoost等）者优先； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，能够从海量数据中发现核心问题并转化为清晰的业务洞察； 6、具备良好的沟通能力与跨职能/跨文化环境中的团队协作能力，能够将复杂的分析概念以易于理解的方式进行表达。
