日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与搜索与内容评估的自动化流程搭建与日常运营，包括任务分发、数据追踪与质量监控； 2、协助建立AI质检机制，推动自动化评估覆盖率的持续提升； 3、参与评估业务链路建设与维护，包括数据采集、清洗与指标体系搭建； 4、协助模型效果评估与迭代，推动人工评估与自动化评估的协同优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，文理均可，理工科背景优先； 2、具备基本逻辑分析能力，具备Python编程能力，能够完成基础数据处理、脚本编写和问题调试，了解LLM、Prompt Engineering、AI Workflow等技术； 3、有深度真实动手开发经历，可以是课程、个人或团队项目，但需要实际负责过具体功能的实现，而不只是跟随教程操作或参与外围工作； 4、有LLM应用、Agent、自动化工作流、数据处理、模型评估等相关实践经验优先； 5、中英双语流利，英语四六级及以上，可独立对接产品研发、一线及BPO跨团队沟通协作，英语B2和以上； 6、每周出勤3-5天，能连续实习3个月及以上，北京线下在岗办公，工作细致严谨、耐心负责，具备较强执行力和问题总结能力，逻辑清晰、响应高效，拥有良好的团队协作能力，能适配精细化业务工作。
