日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责指定国家和地区的TikTok影视创作者运营及内容运营工作，挖掘和培养优质影视创作者，通过激励机制、教育手段及内容活动支持创作者持续成长； 2、参与影视综内容标准优化，完善内容监控机制，输出作者教育材料； 3、参与日常运营的数据整理与分析，基于数据洞察输出有效结论，为运营决策提供支持； 4、协助地区市场的运营沟通与产品支持，提升创作者内容质量及内容产出稳定性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、热爱短视频与内容运营，对影视、综艺内容具备较强的内容理解能力，有相关经验优先； 3、熟练使用办公软件及Excel，对数据敏感，具备基础的数据分析能力，掌握SQL者优先； 4、具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，可将英语作为日常工作语言； 5、具备良好的沟通能力与学习能力，逻辑清晰，执行力强，工作细心，责任心强； 6、出勤时间：每周可出勤5天，能够连续实习6个月及以上优先。
