1、深入了解账号业务，增长激励/投放业务，商业化营收业务风险及风险治理需求，并设计风控方案护航业务发展； 2、多渠道感知业务存在的风险问题和用户体验问题，通过分析合理归因并给出解决方案； 3、通过对风险数据分析和特征挖掘，构建风险画像和指标体系，并通过搭建策略模型压低风险水位； 4、参与LLM、Agent、智能工作流等风控解决方案设计与落地，增加风控工作流中AI可解决问题占比，并保障流程安全效果稳定。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、统计学、数学及相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL和Excel，具有数据分析和策略相关经验； 3、良好的逻辑思维和数据敏感度，注重细节，有较强的学习能力，对AI应用有较强的好奇心和钻研探索的自驱力； 4、有英文工作沟通能力。
