TikTok业务风控团队致力于保护 TikTok 的用户权益，包括但不限于内容消费者、创造者、商业客户等。我们通过建设高效的风控系统和智能的风控算法，提供端到端技术解决方案，以保证平台的健康与社区体验的真实性，为TikTok 业务保驾护航。

1、参与业务风控平台服务端开发工作，深入风控风险排查与风险运营平台，赋能业务健康发展，打造业界领先的风控智能平台，守护用户美好生活； 2、参与相关产品的技术文档编写，方案设计；系统设计高考虑可靠性、稳定性、易用性、合理性和投入产出效率； 3、参与业务需求完成架构设计和代码实现，不同周期和紧急程度的产品需求进行合理拆解实现； 4、学习研究风控领域先先进技术，保持技术进步，调研和学习新技术，进行技术分享并在重要项目内落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于Golang/Java/PHP/Python/C++； 3、熟悉常用的互联网技术，掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识；包括但不限于Linux系统及原理、PSQL/MySQL、NoSQL、Neo4J、RPC、MQ、缓存技术、微服务架构、应用运维部署、可靠性与稳定性设计等； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分；具有良好的编码和文档习惯，注重代码风格，熟悉基础设计模式和原则，能持续的关注和优化自己做的项目； 5、加分项：熟悉数据接入/处理/分发/规则匹配，流式计算，规则引擎及模型系统者优先； 6、加分项：有全栈技术能力，有一定的客户端研发能力和工具研发能力者优先；有风控系统研发或实习经验者优先。
