1、负责设计、搭建和维护平台内容安全与风险相关的指标体系，包括但不限于内容违规、用户反馈、账号风险等，搭建完善的监控和异动归因体系，能够快速定位和分析安全事件，为风险预警和策略调整提供数据支撑； 2、运用严谨的统计科学方法，包括A/B实验、因果推断、回归分析等，评估各项安全策略的效果，深入分析实验结果，为业务决策提供量化的依据，并不断优化实验设计，提升评估效率； 3、针对具体的业务挑战，构建量化分析体系，运用数据挖掘技术识别潜在的优化机会，与产品、运营、研发、算法等团队紧密合作，将分析洞察转化为可执行的改进方案，并推动其落地，最终提升平台安全； 4、持续探索和归纳数据分析方法论，沉淀可复用的分析框架和工具，提升团队整体的分析能力，参与数据产品的设计和迭代，将数据分析能力产品化，为业务团队提供更高效、便捷的数据服务。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、数据科学、经济学、计算机科学、数学或相关专业优先； 2、精通SQL，熟练掌握Python/R等数据分析工具，具备优秀的可视化能力；熟悉常用机器学习算法原理，了解因果推断、A/B实验等方法； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题分析和解决能力，以及良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力； 4、具备一定的英语工作能力；有内容安全、风控、合规相关经验者优先。
