1、参与TikTok搜索经验决策方向的Query体验问题体系建设，包括问题定义、分类标准制定与持续优化； 2、基于策略优化目标，设计并执行策略评估方案，对策略效果进行分析，输出结构化结论与改进建议； 3、深度分析用户搜索Query行为与体验问题，结合日志、样本抽检与用户路径分析，定位影响搜索理解效率与决策效率的关键； 4、参与经验决策场景下的产品特型卡设计与优化，包括意图识别、关键要素拆解、信息结构化展现等； 5、与算法、工程、标注等团队协作，推动体验问题及产品方案在策略、模型或规则侧的落地，并跟进优化效果。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学、数学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对搜索产品或推荐系统有基础理解，有搜索体验、评估分析或内容理解相关经历者优先； 3、具备基础的数据分析能力，能够使用Excel/SQL完成数据统计与简单分析，并基于数据形成判断； 4、具备结构化思维能力，能够将复杂的Query体验问题进行拆解，并提炼为可执行的分析结论或产品优化方向； 5、对信息结构设计与用户决策效率提升有兴趣，能够参与产品形态设计与优化讨论； 6、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，工作细致负责，自驱力良好，结果导向。
