日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、品牌活动策划与执行：深度参与线下品牌活动（如快闪店、官方峰会、行业展会等）的全流程策划与落地，涵盖前期筹备、创意构思、方案设计及现场执行，确保活动符合品牌与业务战略，保障落地质量与效果； 2、国际化传播与内容营销：协助推进国际化品牌传播项目，对接国际化媒体与KOL/达人，参与高质量营销内容的创意策划、沟通对接及产出落地； 3、项目管理与资源协调：高效推进跨部门合作与外部供应商管理，把控项目里程碑与进度，确保项目高质量交付； 4、品牌资产与内容：协助开展品牌调研、产品分析、品牌策略梳理及品牌资产与规范等基础内容的输出。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、传播、广告新媒体等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉线下活动策划和流程；具有线上下创意、内容、传播等营销能力、项目把控和品控能力；有线下活动策划和执行/支持经验优先； 3、熟悉各类品牌物料（如品牌视频、海报、Keynote/PPT等）的制作流程与品质标准，可附过往作品； 4、对营销创新有敏锐感知力和判断力，有创意和较好审美；具备优秀的沟通协调能力，擅长跨部门多方协调； 5、学习能力强、自驱力，具备灵活处理突发事件的应变能力；实习地点为北京，每周实习5天，6个月以上（中长期）优先； 6、英语流利，具备优秀的听说读写能力，可支持国际工作场景。
