1、负责TikTok编辑场景下的创意视觉设计，包括贴纸、图文模板、视频模板等内容，持续提升内容的视觉品质、创意表现与用户吸引力； 2、关注TikTok及主流社交平台的视觉趋势、内容趋势与编辑玩法，主动发现热门视觉风格，并能够快速拆解、复刻和转化为适合产品场景的设计方案；同时主动探索AI、Coding及新型创意工具在设计工作流中的应用，持续尝试新的内容生产方式和创意表达形式； 3、具备较强的多风格设计能力，能够根据不同内容主题、用户群体和业务场景，在潮流、趣味、年轻化、平面、插画、3D、影像等不同视觉方向中灵活探索； 4、参与Effect及AI创意相关业务的视觉设计，包括AI功能宣传片分镜、功能Demo、功能引导弹窗及其他产品视觉设计，能够将抽象的产品能力转化为清晰、有吸引力的视觉表达； 5、与产品、设计、研发及其他跨职能团队紧密合作，从创意概念、视觉探索到最终落地，对设计质量和最终呈现效果负责。

1、视觉传达、数字媒体、动画、交互设计或相关设计专业背景，有互联网内容产品、创意工具或相关行业经验优先； 2、具备优秀的视觉审美与设计基本功，对构图、色彩、字体、版式、动态节奏等有成熟的判断能力； 3、对自己的设计产出有较高要求，具备良好的细节意识，能够持续打磨设计质量，而不仅以“完成需求”为目标； 4、具备较强的创意能力和多风格驾驭能力，能够根据不同项目快速建立合适的视觉方向； 5、对社交媒体和年轻用户的视觉趋势保持敏感，能够主动关注并研究新的内容形式、视觉风格和创作玩法； 6、具备较强的学习能力、自驱力及良好的沟通与协作能力，愿意主动研究新的设计工具、AI能力及技术工作流，能够清晰表达设计思路并推动设计方案落地。

加分项： 1、有TikTok、抖音、Instagram、CapCut/剪映等内容平台、创作工具或照片/视频编辑产品相关设计经验； 2、有贴纸、图文模板、视频模板、滤镜、Effect、短视频包装等相关项目经验； 3、喜欢摄影、自拍、拍摄Vlog或进行照片/视频编辑，本身就是内容创作工具的深度用户； 4、对当下流行的照片编辑、视频剪辑和社交媒体视觉趋势有较强敏感度，能够主动追踪热点并快速完成高质量复刻与再创作； 5、对Coding感兴趣，愿意探索代码、AI Agent、自动化工具与设计结合的可能性； 6、有较完整、能够体现个人审美和创意判断的作品集。
