1、3年及以上研发经验，具备良好的业务理解及抽象能力；拥有服务端研发背景，同时鼓励并支持全栈方向发展； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟练使用基本的数据结构与算法，具备良好的编码习惯； 3、有复杂系统的设计和开发经验，能独立完成系统的整体设计及开发； 4、熟悉分布式系统，熟练掌握关系型与非关系型数据库；熟练掌握主流服务框架和消息中间件，了解各自的实现原理及适用场景； 5、具有较强的责任心、自驱力和拥抱变化的成长型思维（Growth Mindset）。

加分项 1、有开放平台、广告、支付、电商等相关复杂业务系统的研发经验者优先； 2、对AI Coding/Agent/研发流程提效有实际落地经验或强烈兴趣者优先。
