1、负责国际化音乐业务的数据分析工作，分析各项影响产品提升与增长的因素，深度参与音乐行业从内容供给、推荐分发到IP变现的全生命周期管理； 2、与产品/算法团队紧密配合，推进优化供给和分发策略落地，为业务带来实际的增长与转化； 3、负责业务上模型评测、各类A/B实验设计与分析与产品优化效果评估等工作； 4、负责业务指标体系设计与数据体系建设，通过量化分析发现业务细节间的联系，提升团队数据决策效率； 5、参与音乐新方向的专项研究，包括但不限于供给特征分析、流量分发策略探索及生态影响评估。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备3年以上数据分析经验，有项目经历，有下列经验可加分： 1）生态推荐分析背景； 2）复杂实验设计项目经历； 3）有AI内容供给或音乐相关行业背景； 3、具备学习能力和好奇心，对音乐行业充满兴趣； 4、能够快速理解业务逻辑，敏锐捕捉业务细节与数据之间的内在联系； 5、熟练掌握常用数据分析工具，具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力。
