1、负责TikTok全球内容生态的AI识别策略运营，聚焦内容风险、生态问题、低质内容等场景，将业务问题转化为可被模型理解、识别和评估的策略方案； 2、与算法团队深度协作，参与大模型、多模态模型在内容识别链路中的落地，包括问题定义、样本构建、标签体系设计、Prompt、规则策略优化、负面案例分析和知识库管理，持续提升模型准确率与召回率； 3、建立模型识别效果评估机制，围绕准确率、召回率、误判率、漏判率等核心指标，拆解不同语言、地区、体裁、问题类型下的效果差异，推动模型能力稳定提升； 4、协同标准、算法、审核、产品、数据等团队，推动识别策略从定义到上线、评估、复盘的完整闭环，保障内容生态风险能被及时、准确、系统性地识别和治理。

1、本科及以上学历，1-5年内容策略、策略运营、内容治理、AI产品、运营、模型评估等相关经验；有内容平台、治理风控、推荐、识别策略经验者优先； 2、具备良好的内容理解力和问题抽象能力，能从复杂案例中提炼稳定特征，将模糊业务问题转化为清晰的识别标准、样本规则和评估指标； 3、理解大模型、多模态模型的基本工作方式，熟悉Prompt设计、样本构建、模型评估、负面案例分析等流程；有实际推动AI识别能力落地经验者优先； 4、数据敏感，能围绕准确率、召回率、漏判、误判等指标做结构化分析，既关注模型效果，也能理解业务收益与治理成本之间的Trade-off； 5、沟通协作能力强，能与算法、产品、审核、标准等多团队高效配合，推动问题闭环；自驱、有责任感、有韧性，能在复杂问题中抓重点并持续迭代； 6、英文读写能力良好，能适应国际化业务协作；熟悉国际化内容生态、多语言内容理解或有国际化学习、工作经历者优先。
