1、本科及以上学历，拥有在移动互联网行业、电信运营商行业或消费类电子行业的相关工作经验； 2、深入了解所在行业的关键技术及发展趋势，具备成功主导并落地创新项目的相关经验，扎实的技术项目管理能力，能够主导复杂的国际化项目，确保项目按时且高质量交付； 3、出色的沟通表达能力，具备跨文化沟通能力，能够精准识别并响应内外部相关方需求，聚焦关键问题，善于通过跨职能团队协作达成目标，建立并维护与各相关方的合作关系； 4、具备优秀的文档撰写及调研分析能力； 5、出色的英语能力，听说读写至少达到商务熟练水平； 6、具备国际化视野与多元文化适应能力，了解全球各地区文化特征，可灵活调整工作模式以适应不同文化场景，结合深厚的市场认知与对公司业务目标的理解，敏锐捕捉潜在合作机遇点，打造具有双向价值的优质合作方案，并推动方案落地且取得实际收益。
