1、负责分析业务场景和产品数据，撰写业务需求文档，并向产品团队提出需求，以优化账号产品的用户使用体验； 2、代表账号团队向业务介绍推广账号产品、设计解决方案并协助业务接入； 3、设计并制定账号产品的标准化运营流程（功能上线、产品接入、反馈收集等标准作业程序），负责平台配置的更新与维护，定期收集业务团队与用户的反馈，基于反馈优化现有服务流程，确保流程的规范化、高效执行及服务质量提升； 4、撰写并定期更新账号产品的用户手册，为用户提供清晰的操作指南。

1、3年及以上运营工作经验，本科及以上学历，能以英语作为工作语言； 2、熟悉业务流程管理与需求分析，对数据敏感； 3、具备出色的文档撰写能力与沟通能力； 4、能够独立设计并优化运营流程； 5、拥有较强的团队合作精神与问题解决能力。

加分项 1、具备平台配置与用户培训相关经验者优先； 2、具备To B产品设计与运营经验者优先。
