日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、参与内容理解模型的产品化落地：梳理业务需求、定义标注标准与评测规则，推动样本标注、抽检评估、标准迭代、PRD撰写，并协调上下游协作方对齐产品目标； 2、参与AI能力的产品应用：对AI工具产出结果进行评测，撰写并持续优化Prompt，量化并提升模型在真实业务场景中的效果； 3、定期监控站内高热内容与生态动态，从产品视角发现体验、生态问题，沉淀为需求或优化方案，推动优质内容的识别与分发策略迭代； 4、深入理解TikTok图文内容生态，通过数据与内容分析定位问题、验证假设，为产品决策与功能设计提供依据。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、良好的内容理解与逻辑分析能力，具备较强的产品和内容意识；过往有至少一份实习经验（内容产品/AI产品相关优先），有Prompt撰写、AI实践或数据分析项目经验者优先； 3、优秀的沟通协作与推动能力，自驱力和执行力强，工作投入度高； 4、每周保证实习5天，实习时间不低于6个月。
