1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，俄语专业最优； 2、有产品运营相关实习或项目经验优先；熟悉直播或者内容平台，了解TikTok直播的主播生态，具备基础数据分析能力（SQL），可支持业务决策，能快速适应快节奏、动态变化的环境，应对实时挑战； 3、具备优秀的分析思维与问题解决能力及沟通团队协作能力，能解读数据并产出可落地洞察。
