1、参与大模型训练体系建设，与算法、工程团队深度协作；深度参与业务场景下模型内容理想态与标准的定义，参与模型从数据、训练策略到评估指标的全链路设计，推动训练方法的持续优化； 2、开展模型效果分析与洞察，基于指标、评测及对标分析，对模型不足进行系统性拆解与归因，输出可落地的优化方向； 3、探索数据质量、数据构成、微调方式对模型效果的影响；负责构建多语言样本体系、模型Skill（技能/工具调用）的标准机制与数据运营机制，非纯标注交付； 4、推进训练实验并完成结果复盘，参与训练实验配置设计，推动实验执行，高效完成实验结果分析、效果对标及复盘总结； 5、开展行业趋势调研与启发探索，关注国内外大模型最新训练方法、结构优化、评测体系与应用案例，提炼可借鉴方向并推动落地。

1、对大模型有强兴趣与理解：对LLM工作原理、训练流程、标注/评测体系体系等有基础了解，对大模型Skill/Agent机制有好奇心； 2、优秀分析与标准定义能力：能够拆解模型问题，有良好的逻辑思维，能将模糊的需求转化为清晰的模型能力标准，并基于数据提出合理的优化方向； 3、强协作能力：能与算法、工程、产品多团队高效沟通，适应国际化，推动项目落地； 4、快速学习能力：能快速掌握新模型、新方法以及行业前沿的训练与优化机制； 5、经验优先项：有参与过大模型训练、对齐、数据策略运营、评测体系建设的经验优先； 6、语言能力：英语可作为流利工作语言应用，有国际留学或国际化出海项目经验者优先。
