1、负责国际化短剧生态治理链路搭建与维护，对平台安全、内容质量和用户体验负责； 2、通过标准定义、模型训练与召回策略迭代，构建设计高效敏锐的内容治理流程，探索并落地大模型在风险内容挖掘等场景应用，实现对低质内容的主动感知； 3、跨部门协作，与安全、产品、技术、运营等团队协作，持续优化规则、模型和策略，持续降低短剧线上风险密集程度； 4、推进建设完整的数据监控体系，通过数据分析、用户行为研究等方式及时发现潜在风险问题，反哺各链路优化； 5、持续推动作者教育与平台规则宣贯，建立短剧创作者对于平台导向与内容边界的清晰感知，源头促进内容规范化。

1、本科及以上学历，2-5年生态治理、策略运营、数据分析经验，有大模型Agent应用经验者或完整内容生态治理项目经验者优先； 2、熟悉内容生态运作机制，深刻理解平台风险类型与治理逻辑；同时具备较强的系统设计能力与清晰的内容感知、舆情/体验判断力，对创作者心理和用户体验有敏锐洞察； 3、较强的跨部门协作沟通能力和判断力，责任心强，能在跨团队、多工作流、短期/长期目标中取得平衡，推动持续降险与业务目标实现； 4、掌握英语，具备跨国跨文化研究能力，具备国际化视野与用户认知，有国际化工作经历优先； 5、有影视（尤其是短剧）行业创作背景或分析经验优先。
