1、策略机制构建与调优：系统性设计并调优内容治理的产品机制（如流量降权、分级拦截等），推动治理干预动作与推荐分发架构的深度联动，避免单一维度的局部优化； 2、治理策略效果评估：搭建并完善治理效果的量化评估机制，建立衡量治理水位、准确率、漏判率与大盘流量收益的核心指标体系；通过严谨的数据归因和实验分析，在治理成本与业务收益之间制定最优的Trade-off决策； 3、内容理解与策略设计：深入理解Hack推荐、低质、非原创等治理场景，通过对复杂案例的剖析洞察系统性风险，并将其拆解为可落地的策略方案；协同算法团队，探索并推动大模型、多模态模型在复杂内容识别、定级治理中的落地应用； 4、跨团队协同闭环：作为核心枢纽，协同算法（识别、推荐）、数据、Policy及业务产品等团队，推进治理专项的端到端落地，形成从“问题定义-策略上线-效果复盘”的完整闭环。

1、有内容生态/内容治理、创作者策略、推荐策略等相关产品经验者优先； 2、业务抽象能力：具备高度的问题抽象和结构化思维，能够穿透复杂的业务场景和多方诉求，将模糊问题拆解为清晰、可执行的子任务，并提供体系化的解决思路； 3、数据与洞察：好奇心强且具备扎实的数据分析能力，能独立完成策略效果评估与数据归因；熟练掌握“发现异常-定位问题-验证假设”的分析链路，驱动策略持续迭代优化； 4、协同与落地：具备优秀的跨团队沟通协作能力，目标导向意识，能高效协调算法、推荐、Policy等多方团队，将复杂的治理诉求转化为落地成果； 5、语言能力：具备良好的英语沟通及读写能力，能够适应国际化跨团队协作。
