1、负责小程序内容与经营安全，基于对开放能力、行业理解，制定标准与治理策略，针对业务重点运营行业设计治理解决方案； 2、建立复杂多业务域场景的治理体系，匹配开放生态的解决机制与产品能力，实现生态分层刻画与牵引； 3、建立问题识别与分析体系，清晰定义小程序或能力开放中的风险域，评估平台安全策略的覆盖与完备程度，推动平台治理能力的迭代与演进； 4、建立高效协作机制，能够协同技术、风控、运营等多部门或团队，解决业务问题或需求，系统化落地治理方案，高效率高质量完成产品交付，持续跟踪治理效果。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上风控/治理经验，有小程序/小游戏治理背景者优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言； 3、了解开放生态业务特点，具备技术理解能力，对互联网开放平台以及开放生态有一定认知，关注行业创新与变化； 4、具备优秀的结构化思维能力，能洞察用户痛点并把握问题本质，设计成可切实落地的方案，有业务和数据分析的经验和知识，善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题。
