日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、服务于TikTok体育内容分发，包括但不限于优化体育视频分发策略、保障优质内容和作者的流量分发、服务体育重点供给方向等，为体育市场声量、重点内容供给等关键业务指标负责； 2、深入分析业务数据和用户需求，提出改进策略，协同推荐算法持续提升体育内容消费体验； 3、与算法研发、数据分析、垂类运营等上下游团队紧密配合，有效协同各方资源，推进策略落地，达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、一周保证实习5天，能实习3个月及以上优先； 3、有垂类产品和运营经验背景优先，有一定数据分析能力； 4、沟通协同能力优秀，英语听说读写优秀，能作为工作语言，有国际化留学背景优先； 5、对体育内容有热情，对社交媒体、视频平台有一定理解。
