1、5年以上管理外包合作伙伴/供应商运营的经验，包含直接的人员管理职责； 2、在BPO（业务流程外包）运营方面有可靠的成功经验，包括负责关键绩效指标（KPI）及目标驱动的绩效管理； 3、具备领导运营、项目管理及转型项目的经验； 4、熟悉完整的采购与合同签订流程； 5、擅长与内部团队及外部伙伴进行跨职能利益相关方管理，具备强大的决策能力，能够在复杂、模糊的环境中有效应对； 6、出色的沟通与人际交往能力，能够发挥影响力、促成共识并促进协作。
