1、为TikTok用户产品体验负责，协同团队实现体验异常问题的识别、报出、研判、解决、复盘的全链路管理； 2、搭建体验异常数据监控体系，通过周期性数据监控，定位体验异常问题从识别到解决全链路中潜在风险与异常波动，为业务的持续优化提供数据支撑； 3、与部门内部团队和外部合作方建立良好合作关系和协作机制，及时发现、跟进并推动体验异常问题，提升用户体验； 4、定期对用户体验相关的规则/产品/策略复盘、监控整体体验数据，评估体验水位、及时发现存在的体验问题。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上体验运营或用户运营工作经验； 2、逻辑思维严谨，具备优秀的结构化表达能力，善于清晰阐述问题、策略与方案，能为决策提供充分数据论证； 3、具备策略思维与创新意识，善于总结优化工作方法，能结合业务变化迭代体验运营策略，提升工作效率与成果质量； 4、英语沟通流利，可作为工作语言加分。
